The Visitor
The Visitor is a photographic series on the nature of human memory. The yearning for someone creates a gap that the mind is eager to fill — the lack becomes, not an absence, but rather a constant presence through the construction of pseudo memories.

The work draws reference from Andrei Tarkovsky’s film, Solaris. Human-like entities referred to as ‘visitors’ are physical manifestations of the deep subconscious desires and memories of the characters as a way to blur the lines between their lived reality and fiction.
